For personal use, orders must not exceed 280 AUD per transaction. Bulk orders for commercial purposes require prior approval. personal bulk purchases should be split into multiple separate orders that each meet the above payment limits.

How long for delivery after ordering?
Orders are generally dispatched by 3pm the following day. Delivery typically takes around 3 days, with remote areas taking a little longer – you’ll still get your order within 5 days in most instances.

Due to the nature of tobacco products (hygiene and regulatory restrictions), returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval, and will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by your bank.

As with all RAW products. these tips are made from natural. chlorine free paper and are vegan friendly.
Tips you can make a perfectly cool smoke every time.
Some people have the knack of rolling their roach into a cool "W" shape.
RAW Tips are made on an antique Fourdrinier paper machine.
For the thick tipping paper RAW had to travel to an old paper mill in Northern China that was still using an original Fourdrinier. This was the only place they could find that still had one of these old machines in use. which they needed to make the special long-fiber paper for RAW tips.

Modern paper mills use small-structure cellulose to make paper. The original paper mills used fiber instead. For tipping paper to perform best. it needs to be made from fiber. not just boiled cellulose. Fiber-based tips roll smooth and have enough structural rigidity to both keep its shape in your mouth and to not dissolve.
There are precious few of the original Fourdrinier paper machines in use because they're antiques and expensive to operate. RAW were lucky to find this old mill. it's the only one in the world that can produce RAW tips to their specifications.
