Comoy's Scottish Mixture pipe tobacco is. according to the 50g tin. "A secret Highland blend - rich and mellow". This secret blend can be deciphered to some degree: There are definitely choice Virginias. mellow Black Cavendish with it's fruity taste and aroma. There's also some Latakia and a little Oriental for some oomph. As for the proportions. you're looking at around 45% Black Cavendish. 30% Virginia. 15% Latakia and 5% Oriental... OK? The Mathematically inclined of you will notice there's 5% unaccounted for! That goes to charm and character!... So that's not actually content. but who's paying attention to that and not just smoking this fantastic blend already?!
