Do you have any restrictions on the quantity of tobacco products I can order?
For personal use, orders must not exceed 280 AUD per transaction. Bulk orders for commercial purposes require prior approval. personal bulk purchases should be split into multiple separate orders that each meet the above payment limits.
How can I get free shipping?
Orders totaling over 29.9 AUD（36NZD） qualify for free shipping.
How long for delivery after ordering?
Orders are generally dispatched by 3pm the following day. Delivery typically takes around 3 days, with remote areas taking a little longer – you’ll still get your order within 5 days in most instances.

Are your tobacco products in stock? How can I check availability?
All products listed on our store are in stock unless marked "Out of Stock". You can view real-time availability on each product page.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our customer support via email immediately with your order number for assistance – our dedicated after-sales team is available 24/7 to help you.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of tobacco products (hygiene and regulatory restrictions), returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval, and will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by your bank.

The 84% 60g Seasoning pack is an easy and convenient way of getting your humidor up to scratch.
It's used in the same way as the other Boveda humidification packs. simply add it to the bottom of your humidor and keep airtight.
Once you've left it in for around 24 hours check your hygrometer to see if it's reading 68%. as soon as the RH is correct you are ready to start adding your cigars. We recommend adding a69% packevery 25 cigars to ensure a consistent RH level. Click here for the 69% Boveda.
Please note that you shouldn't add any cigars whilst seasoning your humidor as it can drastically affect your cigars.
