Charatan Royal Ensign is a traditional English blend comprising of choice Virginias. Oriental leaf and some fine Latakia. the mixture is balanced well. It delivers darker Virginia traits; Prune with an almost nutty touch. which coalesce with the woody. mildly spicy and smoky Latakia on a backdrop of Oriental dryness. This friendly tobacco behaves while preparing to smoke and lights with a few touches of flame. It has a mild spiciness to begin and a smoothness towards the end of the bowl. your senses are never overloaded. You may enjoy this tobacco several times a day. or as a break from heavier Latakia blends. It's easy to appreciate and won't let you down.
